Manage Device Firmware Files
Firmware is the built-in software that runs on a desk phone. Storing firmware images in Cloud Voice keeps them ready whenever you update the phones the system provisions (configures automatically). Once a file is in the repository, Cloud Voice offers it as a choice during a firmware update for any matching device model. This page covers adding, editing, and deleting those files.
