Manage Paging Groups and Intercom Groups

Once a paging or intercom group exists, you can change its configuration at any time or remove it when it is no longer needed. Both tasks start from the same list in the web portal.

Use this when you need to change a group’s members or settings, for example adding a new extension or renaming the group.

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open Call Features > Paging/Intercom.
  2. On the Paging/Intercom List page, find the group you want to change and click the edit icon Edit next to it.
  3. Adjust the group settings as needed.
  4. Click Save, then Apply to put the changes into effect.

Use this to remove a group you no longer need so it stops appearing in the list.

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open Call Features > Paging/Intercom.
  2. On the Paging/Intercom List page, locate the group and click the delete icon Delete next to it.
  3. Click OK to confirm, then Apply.
