Manage Custom Ringtones

Once you have uploaded custom ringtones to Cloud Voice, you can preview them, save a local copy, or remove the ones you no longer need. All of these actions live on a single page.

Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and navigate to PBX Settings > Voice Prompt > Custom Ringtone. Each ringtone you have added appears in the list, with its available actions in the Operations column.

Find the ringtone you want to work with, then use the icon in its Operations column:

  • Play: Click Play the ringtone in your browser to listen to the audio file directly in the browser. Make sure your device volume is on, since the sound plays through your computer rather than a phone.
  • Download: Click Download the ringtone to save the audio file to your computer. Downloading is also a quick way to keep a backup copy before you delete a ringtone you might need again.
  • Delete: Click Delete the ringtone, then confirm by clicking OK.
