Change Web Interface Language
The Cloud Voice management portal opens in English by default, but you can change the display language whenever you like. You might do this to match your own preferred language or to make the portal easier to use for whoever manages the system. The switch takes effect right away, with no save, restart, or sign-out required.
Change the display language
Section titled “Change the display language”-
Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal.

In the top-right corner of the page, click the account icon.

Choose Language, then pick the language you want.
The portal updates to your chosen language immediately.
