Manage MoH Audio Files
A local audio Music on Hold (MoH) playlist holds the tracks Cloud Voice plays to callers who are waiting on hold. Once a playlist exists, you can change its contents at any time: add new audio, listen to what is already there, keep a local copy, or clear out tracks you no longer want. This is how you swap in seasonal music, replace a track with better quality audio, or remove a file a caller complained about.
