Manage Logged-in Cloud Voice App Clients for an Extension

As an administrator, you can see every Cloud Voice App client that is currently signed in to an extension, review the details of each associated device (device name, client type, and last login time), label a device with a remark, and sign the extension out of any device remotely.

Before you begin, make sure both of the following are true:

  • The Cloud Voice firmware is version 84.22.0.138 or later.
  • At least one Cloud Voice App client is currently signed in to the extension.

Give a device a label so it is easy to recognize in the list.

  1. Log in to the Cloud Voice Dashboard at https://voice.izt.cloud and click Login to open your phone system’s management portal with full administrator access, then go to Extension and Trunk > Extension and edit the extension you want to manage.

  2. Open the Cloud Voice App Clients tab.

  3. Scroll to the Currently Logged-in Devices section.

This list shows each device signed in to the extension, together with its device name, client type, and last login time.
