Reset the Super Administrator Password

IZT provisions your phone system and manages its super-administrator credentials, so there is no separate super administrator username or password for you to remember or reset. To reach your phone system with full administrator access, log in to the Cloud Voice Dashboard.

Open your management portal

Section titled “Open your management portal”
  1. Log in to the Cloud Voice Dashboard at https://voice.izt.cloud and click Login to open your phone system’s management portal with full administrator access.

Result

Section titled “Result”

You are signed in to your phone system’s management portal with full administrator access, ready to manage extensions, call routing, and every other setting available to your phone system.
