Export and Import Blocked Numbers

Cloud Voice lets you download your blocked numbers as a CSV (comma-separated values) file and upload them again later. Exporting gives you an editable copy you can treat as a working template, and importing is the fastest way to add many blocked numbers at once instead of entering them one by one.

Download every blocked number to a CSV file, then add, remove, or update entries directly in the file.

  1. Sign in to the PBX (Private Branch Exchange) web portal and open Call Features > Blocked/Allowed Numbers > Blocked Numbers.
  2. Select Export.

The CSV file downloads to your computer. For an explanation of each column and the values it accepts, see Blocked Numbers Parameters.

Your file must meet these requirements:

  • Format: UTF-8 encoded .csv
  • Size: under 50 MB
  • File name: fewer than 127 characters
  • Contents: every value must satisfy the field rules described in Blocked Numbers Parameters
  1. Sign in to the PBX web portal and open Call Features > Blocked/Allowed Numbers > Blocked Numbers.
  2. Select Import.
  3. In the dialog that opens, select Browse and choose the UTF-8 .csv file you prepared.
  4. Select Import.

The numbers from your file appear in the Blocked Numbers list.
