View System Information

The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance summary of your Cloud Voice system (your hosted PBX, or Private Branch Exchange, the software that runs your phone service). It shows the firmware level, how long the system has been running, and the capacity limits of your plan. Check it whenever you need to confirm the details of your deployment, for example before opening a support ticket or when checking whether you have room to add more extensions.

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice management portal and open the Dashboard.

  2. In the top-right corner of the Dashboard, click Information.
