Delete Onsite Proxy Instances

An Onsite Proxy instance is a local relay that lets IP phones (Internet Protocol desk phones) on a customer site register with Cloud Voice through a single on-premise connection. When an instance is no longer needed, you can remove it from your PBX (Private Branch Exchange, the phone system that routes calls). Instances can be deleted one at a time or several at once.

Your Cloud Voice system must be running firmware 84.23.0.24 or later.

  1. Sign in to the PBX web portal and open System > Onsite Proxy.
  2. Locate the instance in the Onsite Proxy list and click the delete icon Delete next to it.
  3. Click OK to confirm in the dialog that appears.
