Why can't I see the meeting link on the Upcoming Meetings list?

The Upcoming Meetings list in the Cloud Voice App shows video and audio meetings you have scheduled but not yet finished. If a meeting link no longer appears there, it is not a bug: the link has become invalid and the app has cleared it from the list automatically. Once that happens, the link cannot be recovered or reused.

A meeting link becomes invalid and is removed in any of these situations:

1. The meeting has already ended.
2. The meeting was never started within 48 hours of its scheduled start time.
3. The meeting was actually held (you and at least one other participant were joined at the same time during its active window) and you then left it. Leaving marks the meeting as complete.

Caution

The 48-hour window is a hard limit. If nobody starts a meeting within 48 hours of the time it was scheduled for, the link expires and disappears on its own. If you know a meeting may be delayed, schedule it closer to the real start time so the link is still valid when you need it.

Note

A removed link is gone for good and cannot be shared or rejoined. To meet again, open the Cloud Voice App and schedule a new meeting, which generates a fresh link to send to your participants.
