Configure Language Preferences for Your Extension
Your extension can use different languages for different types of communication. Set the language you want for email notifications, for the system prompts you hear on calls, and for the voicemail prompts your callers hear.
Set your language preferences
Section titled “Set your language preferences”- Sign in to the Cloud Voice App Web Client and go to Preferences > User.
- Under Language, adjust any of the following settings:
- Notification Email Language: The language used in emails the system sends to you.
- System Prompt Language: The language of the automated prompts you hear while on a call.
- Voicemail Language: The language of the prompts a caller hears after reaching your voicemail.
- Click Save.
