Reset Your Password on the Mobile App

If you can’t remember your login password, you can set a new one yourself from the Cloud Voice App on your mobile device. A verification code sent to the email address on your extension confirms your identity, so no administrator action is needed.

  1. Open the Cloud Voice App and, on the login screen, tap Forgot Password?.

  2. On the Reset Password screen, provide the following details: a. In the Extension field, type your extension number. b. In the Email field, type the email address tied to your extension. c. Confirm the server connection details.

    d. Tap Send Verification Code. A reset email arrives in your inbox containing a code you’ll use in the next step.

  3. Enter the code in the Verification Code field, then tap Next to continue to the password screen.

  4. Type your new password in both fields, then tap Save. Your login password is now updated.

Sign in to the Cloud Voice App using your new password.
