What Is the Cloud Voice App Service Port?

The Cloud Voice App connects to your phone system over a dedicated network port. By default, that port is 8111.

If port 8111 conflicts with another service or does not fit your network policy, you can assign a different value.

  1. Sign in to the phone system web portal.
  2. Go to System > Network > Service Ports > Cloud Voice App.
  3. Enter the port you want the app to use, then save your change.
