What Is the Cloud Voice App Service Port?
The Cloud Voice App connects to your phone system over a dedicated network port. By default, that port is 8111.
If port 8111 conflicts with another service or does not fit your network policy, you can assign a different value.
- Sign in to the phone system web portal.
- Go to System > Network > Service Ports > Cloud Voice App.
- Enter the port you want the app to use, then save your change.
