Log in to the Cloud Voice App with a Red Hat Account

When your administrator connects the server to Red Hat single sign-on (SSO), you can open the Cloud Voice App Desktop Client and authenticate with the Red Hat account you already use. This skips having to set up and remember a separate voice login.

Confirm the following before you try to sign in this way:

  • Your administrator has linked the server to Red Hat SSO and turned on the Single Sign-on (SSO) feature.
  • Your Cloud Voice App Desktop Client is version 1.7.4 or newer.
  1. Launch the Cloud Voice App Desktop Client.

  2. In the Domain field, type the server address that has been approved for Red Hat SSO.

  3. Select the Red Hat sign-in button Red Hat sign-in icon, then enter your Red Hat account credentials.

Once Red Hat accepts your credentials, the Desktop Client signs you in automatically. You do not need to type a separate Cloud Voice username or password.
