Sync Call History to iPhone
When you run the Cloud Voice App on an iPhone, your call records are copied into the iPhone’s native call history automatically. Here “call record” means a CDR (Call Detail Record), the log entry that captures who you called or who called you, along with the time and duration. Copying these into the iPhone lets you see and return business calls straight from the built-in Phone app. If you would rather keep your business calls separate from the device’s call log, you can switch the behavior off at any time.
