Cancel a Scheduled Fax

When you schedule an outbound fax, it is held in a queue and sent automatically at the date and time you picked. If you no longer need it delivered, you can cancel it from the desktop app at any point before the send time arrives.

  1. Open the Cloud Voice App on your desktop and go to Fax Management > Fax. This screen lists your outbound faxes and their current status.

  2. To narrow the list to faxes still waiting to be sent, set the Status filter at the top of the list to Scheduled. This step is optional but makes the fax easier to find.

  3. Find the fax you want to stop, click the down arrow menu on its right, and choose Cancel.

The scheduled outbound fax is cancelled and will not be sent.
