Check and Manage Recordings
The Cloud Voice App keeps your call recordings within reach on your mobile device, so you can listen back to a conversation or tidy up the list whenever you need to.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”Your system administrator must grant you permission to view recordings. Without it, the Recordings list will not be available to you.
Play or remove a recording
Section titled “Play or remove a recording”-
In the mobile Cloud Voice App, open Calls, then tap Recordings.

Work with the recordings in the list:
Listen to a recording
Tap
beside the entry to start playback.Remove a recording from the list
- Press and hold the recording you want to clear.
- Tap Remove in the pop-up.
The recording is deleted everywhere you use the Cloud Voice App, not just on this device.
