Check Faxes
The Cloud Voice App keeps every fax you send and receive together in a single list, so you can review activity and manage documents from one screen. This page walks through opening that list and filtering it down to the faxes you care about.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Your system administrator must have granted your extension permission to send or receive faxes.
Open the fax list
Section titled “Open the fax list”-
Sign in to the Cloud Voice App web client and go to Fax Management > Fax.
Every inbound and outbound fax appears in the list. Any fax you have not yet opened carries an unread badge.

(Optional) Use the filters in the top-right corner to zero in on specific faxes.

Filter What it does Fax Direction Choose Send or Receive to show only outbound or only inbound faxes. Status Choose a status to show only faxes in that state.
The list updates to show the faxes that match your filters.
Work with your faxes
Section titled “Work with your faxes”From the list you can act on individual fax logs and their files:

Preview a fax file: Click the preview icon (
) to open the fax in a new browser tab.

Forward a fax to email or another fax number: share a fax with a colleague or keep an off-system backup copy.

Update the read status of inbound faxes: manually mark faxes as read or unread; the change syncs to your desktop client.

Download a fax log and its fax file: save the log entry and the fax document to your computer.

Delete a fax log and its fax file: permanently remove faxes you no longer need.
