Clear the Cloud Voice App cache

The cache is the temporary data the Cloud Voice App keeps on your device (for example contact photos, avatars, and recently loaded screens) so it can reload them quickly. Over time this data can grow or fall out of date. Clearing the cache frees up storage and often fixes display problems such as stale avatars, missing images, or screens that do not refresh.

You clear the cache from the app’s Advanced settings.

  1. On the Call page, tap your account in the top-left corner to open the account panel.
  2. Go to Settings > Advanced.
  3. Clear the cache:
    1. Tap Clear Cache.
    2. In the confirmation pop-up, tap OK.

The app removes its cached data and returns you to the settings screen.
