View Registered Extensions Only

The Cloud Voice App lists every extension in the group or department you have selected, regardless of whether that extension is currently registered. If you would rather see only the extensions that are online and reachable, adjust your display preference so unregistered ones are hidden.

Turning this on trims your contact list down to colleagues who are actually reachable, which makes it easier to see who you can call and get answered.

  1. Sign in to the Cloud Voice App and open Preferences > User > Status View.
  2. Clear the Show Unregistered Extensions checkbox.
  3. Click Save.

Once saved, the contact list shows registered extensions only. Extensions that are unregistered stay hidden until you re-enable the option.
