Remove Accounts from the Cloud Voice App

The Cloud Voice App can hold more than one account, so you can switch between them without signing in and out each time. When an account is no longer needed, remove it to take it off the list. You can remove a single account on its own, or select several and delete them together.

  1. On the Calls page, tap your account in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap Account Management.
  1. Press and hold (long press) the account you want to delete.
  2. When the confirmation prompt appears, tap delete.
  1. Tap the Account selection toggle icon shown to the left of each account you want to delete.
  2. In the confirmation prompt, tap delete.
  3. Tap Done when you have finished.

The selected account or accounts are removed from the Cloud Voice App on this device.
